Job summary

O’NEILL’S in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Full-Time Driver to deliver catering orders and concierge items to FBOs and clients, maintain delivery vehicles, and provide excellent customer service. You will work under the General Manager to ensure timely deliveries and compliance with SOPs across locations.

The role requires a high school diploma, dependable driving, and a clean driving record with the ability to obtain FAA clearance; prior delivery experience is preferred and a professional

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Demonstrated ability to take orders and follow through as well as direct and work well with others in a team-driven, fast paced environment is essential.
• Previous face-to-face customer service experience in the aviation, food services, or hospitality industry is essential.
• Individual must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Prior delivery driving experience preferred.
• The Driver must have an excellent driving record and be able to pass a FAA on-ramp security clearance and pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver catering orders, concierge items in a safe and timely manner in compliance with SOPs.
• Drive safely under laws and safety guidelines of the state(s) they drive in.
• Maintain the vehicle fleet and keep vehicles clean and fueled.
• Coordinate inspections and servicing to keep vehicles safe and compliant.
• Communicate with GM/Guest Services/Chef using GPS and mobile devices.
• Dress professionally in company uniform.
• Assist with assembly of silverware and stocking in vehicles.
• Meet weekly with the GM to review delivery performance.
• Safely operate company vehicles in accordance with local and federal laws.
• Pick up supplies as needed and perform routine vehicle cleaning and maintenance.
• Maintain quality control and food-safety procedures during delivery.
• Any other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
