Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking team members for a dual role that combines Front of House duties with catering deliveries. You will greet guests, take orders, and support daily restaurant operations while also preparing for and completing catering deliveries when scheduled.

When not delivering, you will return to Front of House duties, providing Chick-fil-A's signature hospitality in a fast-paced environment. This role emphasizes dependable, guest-focused service and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Must meet age requirements for catering delivery.
• Valid driver's license.
• Acceptable driving record.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work flexible schedule.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Follow safety, dress code, and restaurant policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests with hospitality.
• Take and fulfill guest orders accurately.
• Support front of house operations.
• Bag and deliver guest orders.
• Safely load and transport catering orders.
• Deliver orders to businesses, schools, organizations, and events.
• Return to the restaurant and resume front of house duties.
