Job summary

City Barbeque, LLC is seeking catering associates in Madison, WI to support events ranging from deliveries to full-service catering for weddings and corporate functions. Earn $20–$30/hour with tips. Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Hours are flexible and based on daily bookings. Positions are part-time with opportunities to grow as we handle weddings, graduations, and large catering orders.

Qualifications

• Own reliable transportation for deliveries.
• Able to pass Motor Vehicle Background Check.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Part-time availability with flexible hours.
• Hours vary with bookings (weddings, graduations, corporate events).

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and courteous to clients and teammates.
• Maintain integrity and meet deadlines.
• Transport food and supplies to events using catering vehicle and/or personal vehicle.
• Complete food drops, set up and run lunch deliveries, and full-service events.
• Set up tables, action stations and decorations.
• Arrange buffet tables with food, beverages and service items.
• Serve food and beverages during events.
• Provide exceptional guest service and maintain cleanliness after events.
• Stock and maintain catering facilities and equipment.
