Job summary

QDOBA is hiring a Catering Delivery Driver who will be the face of the brand, delivering orders with enthusiasm and hospitality. The role requires safe driving, accurate logs, and professional guest service. You may also assist as a Team Member when not delivering, contributing to a fast-paced, friendly restaurant team.

Pay range starts at $12.50–$16.50 per hour, with eligibility for a delivery service fee on eligible orders. The position emphasizes safe procedures and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance.
• Valid driver’s license carried at all times.
• Submit to a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) within 36 months.
• No DWI/DUI in past 5 years.
• Must have a functional personal cell phone.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders safely and on time.
• Provide friendly guest service and hospitality.
• Obtain guests’ signatures on orders.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs.
• Unload and present products appealingly.
• Load orders efficiently for timely delivery.
• Verify order accuracy before loading.
• May work as Team Member when not delivering as per Team Member role.
