Job summary

QDOBA is hiring a Catering Delivery Driver to be the face of the brand, delivering orders with enthusiasm and top-notch hospitality. You will load, deliver, and verify orders, maintain logs, and may assist as a Team Member when not on deliveries. The role requires reliability, a valid license, and safety-conscious behavior.

The position emphasizes friendly guest service, proper order handling, and timely delivery, with a pay range of $15–$19 per hour and benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• To remain compliant with state and federal laws, you must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable clean vehicle in good repair with current registration and insurance.
• Valid driver’s license (must maintain on person at all times).
• Submit to an MVR report to establish good driving history within the past 36 months.
• No DWI/DUI in the past 5 years.
• Must have an operable personal cell phone and use it to track deliveries per safety procedures.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver all orders in a safe and timely manner.
• Provide friendly guest service and the highest level of hospitality.
• Obtain guests’ signatures on all orders.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs.
• Unload product and arrange food/drinks in an appealing manner.
• Strategically load and deliver orders for maximum efficiency and timeliness.
• Double check accuracy of the order before loading orders for delivery.
• Potentially work as a Team Member when not making deliveries.
