On delivery day you check the order with a checklist, set up as requested, take a photo for records, notify the catering coordinator of any delays, and return paperwork with tips before clocking out.

Responsibilities

• Arrive 30 minutes before departure to verify catering order and check for any missing items.
• Deliver orders within the 30-minute window and set up as requested by the customer.
• Take delivery photos and send to the catering coordinator or manager.
• Notify customer and catering coordinator/manager if there are delays or issues.
• Return paperwork and tips to the restaurant and clock out.
• Assist at restaurant level to help complete orders when needed.
