Tatte Bakery & Café in Washington, DC is seeking a Catering Delivery Driver for weekend shifts, typically 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM, to deliver and set up catering orders and provide warm, professional service.

• Communicate delivery issues, delays, or client concerns to the appropriate team
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle and equipment
• Follow Tatte service and product standards to ensure an exceptional catering experience

THE ROLE

As a Catering Delivery Driver, you will get to share the magic of Tatte with our catering clients. You are the face of Tatte within our communities and to our clients and will be responsible for all facets of the execution of catering orders, including setup and delivery to specified locations.

This will be achieved by providing exceptional service that is authentic, genuine, warm, and welcoming while upholding Tatte service and product standards.

This is a part-time, weekend position requiring availability on both Saturdays and Sundays, typically from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safely transport and deliver catering orders to designated locations
• Ensure catering orders are accurate, complete, and delivered on time
• Assist with loading, unloading, and setting up catering orders
• Provide warm, professional, and welcoming service when interacting with catering clients

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Strong passion for our menu and products and a desire to provide our guests with an exceptional and unique experience at every opportunity
• Engaging, warm, and welcoming communication skills and presence
• Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate a delivery vehicle
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to navigate delivery routes and follow assigned schedules
• Ability and willingness to work Saturdays and Sundays, typically from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / WORKING CONDITIONS

• Able to work shifts of up to eight hours, including standing, sitting, squatting, walking for extended periods, and walking up and down stairs
• Able to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds
