Delivery Driver Job Description

If you enjoy working with a friendly team, love our queso, have a great personality, and enjoy interacting with customers, then consider joining the QDOBA family! We are currently hiring energetic, hospitality-oriented individuals for the position of Catering Delivery Driver.

Position Summary

As our catering delivery driver, you will be the face of QDOBA, representing yourself and the brand with enthusiasm and excellent hospitality.

This role involves:

1. Delivering orders safely and on time.
2. Working as a crew member when not making deliveries (see Crew Member Job Description).
3. Providing friendly guest service and the highest level of hospitality.
4. Obtaining guests’ signatures on all orders.
5. Maintaining accurate delivery logs.
6. Unloading products and arranging food and drinks appealingly.
7. Loading and delivering orders efficiently and timely.
8. Double-checking order accuracy before loading for delivery.

Requirements

• Reliable, clean vehicle in good repair with current registration and insurance.
• Valid driver’s license (must be on person at all times).
• Submit to a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) to demonstrate a good driving history within the past 36 months.
• No DWI/DUI in the past 5 years.
• At least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay Rate: $13.65 - $21.29
