Job summary

Eat'n Park Hospitality Group in Florida is seeking a catering delivery driver for Parkhurst Dining. You will drive our food truck and catering vehicle, perform basic vehicle upkeep, and ensure safe, on-time delivery and setup for events.

The ideal candidate is DOT certified or willing to become certified, able to stand and walk for long periods, and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. A commitment to food safety and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• DOT certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Must be able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in food service; ability to load and unload transport equipment.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle maintenance, fueling, upkeep and cleanliness.
• Pick up food from catering kitchen verifying each item matches BEO, checking quality, quantity, and temperature. Pack all items for safe and secure transportation.
• Transport food and equipment for events between storage spaces, kitchen, drop off points, event spaces.
• Timely Delivery, Setup and Pickup of Catering Setups and services.
• Return all usable food to the kitchen and store properly.

This position is responsible for driving our food truck and our catering vehicle. The ideal candidate will be DOT certified or willing to become DOT certified. In addition, thsi person is part of the food service team helping to support catering and food truck operations and service.
