About the Role

As a Catering Delivery Driver and Server, you'll play an essential role in delivering our signature BBQ to events, setting up buffet-style stations, and providing excellent customer service during events. This role requires a passion for great service and a commitment to ensuring a smooth event for all guests.

Requirements

Shifts are published on an on-going basis. Open Shifts can be claimed on a First Come, First Serve basis unless other arrangements have been made. Shifts start 5/1/2025 and go through 12/31/25. Available shifts and hours are not guaranteed.

Basic Job Responsibilities, Requirements, Essentials, and Compensation:

Responsibilities :

Safely deliver food and equipment to catering events.

Set up buffet-style stations at event locations with a team.

Interact with guests, ensuring a positive experience.

Replenish food as necessary and maintain a clean event space.

Assist with event breakdown and packing up catering equipment post-event.

Requirements :

Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50lbs on occasion).

Ability to stand for up to 4 hours at a time.

Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional attitude.

Must be available for weekends and evenings.

Ability to work well with teams.

Ability to handle stressful situations.

Quickly shift and adapt to changes in the plan.

Must be at least 14 years old to be a server.

Must be at least 16 years old to cook or prepare food.

Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record to drive.

Will regularly be driven and/or driving to events up to 90 minutes away.

Willingness and Ability to get a Food Handlers Card.

No painted nails, must be kept cleaned and trimmed.

Compensation

Starting Pay:

$12/hour for all employees 14-17

$15/hour for all employees 18+

Tips:

All tips get pooled and split between everyone who worked on the job, including BBQ Cooks, Prep Cooks, and Catering Serves/Deliverers.

Extra Food: Food is not guaranteed at each job, but extra food regularly becomes available. Quick meal breaks after a catering job may occur, and leftovers can be taken home. Must be approved by a Supervisor.
