Sodexo is seeking a Catering Coordinator in the United States at College of Southern Idaho. You will manage event catering and reservations, and you will be the primary contact for client needs while coordinating day-to-day logistics.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work across teams. The role involves varying shifts, full-time or part-time, and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualificações

• Oral and written communication skills are required.
• 0–2 years of related experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Arrange meetings, develop agendas, and prepare progress reports.
• Coordinate logistics, setup/knockdown and on-site problem resolution.
• Assist in daily coordination of projects, including preparing and maintaining project plans, budgets and staffing requirements.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
