Job Summary

Prepares food according to standards, guidelines, and regulations, ensuring quality food service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Prepares high-quality food items according to recipes and schedules.
2. Serves meals or prepares for delivery, ensuring correct portioning, temperature, and presentation.
3. Uses ticket procedures during service and maintains records.
4. Cleans kitchen after use, maintains cleanliness standards.
5. Stores food and supplies properly, maintains refrigerators and storerooms.
6. Operates and maintains kitchen equipment.
7. Assists in planning, record-keeping, and ordering supplies.
8. Reports maintenance issues or accidents immediately.
9. Attends safety and in-service meetings.
10. Maintains good relationships with coworkers and customers.
11. Performs job safely, maintaining a clean environment.
12. Performs other duties as assigned.
13. Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and temperature, following HACCP standards.
14. Prioritizes safety for yourself and others.
15. Follows all company policies, including safety procedures when handling equipment and hot items.
