Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to recipes and instructions.
• Serves meals, ensuring correct portioning, temperature, and presentation.
• Uses ticket procedures during service and maintains records.
• Cleans kitchen and stores or discards excess food properly.
• Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment.
• Assists in production planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies.
• Reports maintenance issues immediately.
• Attends safety meetings and maintains good relationships with staff.
• Follows safety standards including HACCP and proper handling procedures.
