Responsibilities include coordinating kitchen activities, ensuring sanitation and safety standards, developing menus, and managing inventory to control food costs. Weekend, night, or early morning hours may apply. EOE.

Qualifications

• Culinary experience is required.

• Inventory ordering and production records to manage food cost.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise cooks and team members.
