Check-In Attendant

Check-In Attendants are responsible for setting up the check‑in area, checking in team members, handing out and collecting uniforms at the end of the event; and ensuring that all team members checked in are in their assigned stands once gates are opened to the guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up the check‑in area.
• Hand out uniforms to team members and have them sign off that they received them.
• Participate in the pre‑event set up of binders and uniforms.
• Visit assigned stands and ensure all team members are present.
• Adhere to the Legends Uniform and Grooming standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritizing skills.
• Must be able to obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications.
• Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.
• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service.
• Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and sit for long periods.
• Must be able to navigate ramps, stairs and other access points.
• Must be available for all TampaBayBuccaneers games and all major ticketed events.
• Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company‑wide safety training and additional job‑specific safety training.
