Join us in elevating the fan experience through unparalleled guest service and pride to make Raymond James Stadium one of the best stadiums in the NFL.***PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**** Responsible for the operation of their assigned event or area on game day.* Deliver pre-shift meeting with Runner and Warehouse Supervisor, communicating event details from the banquet event order.* Responsible ensuring that all ordered food items arrived to it designated location per the banquet event order.* Communicates with the Runner Supervisor to assure all the food is being delivered to the proper location* Ensure staff is following Uniform and Grooming Guidelines* Ensure that assigned team is following all process and procedures and that Legends Service Standards are being met* Responsible for tracking temperature logs for hot boxes and cooler/Walk-in at the start, during and at the end of every event* Submit event documentation at the end of the event to the Catering Manager* Other duties as assigned**REQUIREMENTS*** Strong organizational and time management skills* Possesses excellent guest service skills* Can effectively communicate and relate to all levels within the organization; creates and builds positive and productive relationships* Maintain high standards of food service and appearance and have a high level of guest satisfaction awareness* Must be able to obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications* Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment* Strong verbal and written communication skills* Must have at least one-year experience in a food & beverage leadership role.* Must be able to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays* Must be available for all Tampa Bay Buccaneers Games, USF Games and major Stadium events* Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time* Must have the ability to lift, push, pull approximately 50lbs as well as stand or walk for long periods of time.* Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and additional job specific safety training*Legends & ASM Global is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer, and encourages Women, Minorities, Individuals with Disabilities, and protected Veterans to apply.
