Job summary

Bon Appétit is hiring a Catering Captain for a full-time role at Edwards Lifescience in Irvine, CA. Qualifications

• Previous banquet serving experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate catering staff schedules to ensure timely delivery, service and clean-up.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of functions according to supervisor directions.
• Interact with customers and resolve complaints in a service-oriented manner.
• Ensure correct presentation and serving temperatures per HACCP standards.
• Assist with delivering food and beverages to catered locations and return equipment.
