Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates catering staff schedules to ensure timely delivery and service.
• Discusses setup arrangements with function group leaders and handles last-minute changes.
• Interacts with customers and resolves complaints in a service-oriented manner.
• Demonstrates understanding of menu items and instructs staff on expectations.
• Helps staff set up rooms to match specifications and assembles/delivers food and supplies.
• Serves food and beverages, maintains serving temperatures, and follows HACCP standards.
• Maintains sanitation and orderliness of equipment and supplies; follows production standards.
