Job Summary

Coordinate catering staff schedules to ensure timely delivery, service, and cleanup of functions. Prepare and serve food under supervision, and possibly drive a truck for deliveries.

Essential Duties

• Determine workload from catering orders.
• Meet with clients to discuss setup and resolve last-minute issues.
• Interact with customers, resolve complaints.
• Understand menu items thoroughly.
• Instruct staff on work expectations.
• Assist in setting up rooms as per specifications.
• Assemble and deliver food and supplies.
• Serve food and beverages.
• Return equipment and maintain sanitation standards.
• Follow HACCP standards for food safety.
• Perform other related duties.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license may be required.
• Obtain a food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers permit as required by law.
