Job Summary

Summary: Receives all liquor, beer, and wine from storeroom daily and as needed. Replenishes all liquor, beer, and wine in the bar throughout the shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Retrieves food items from kitchen and delivers to bar.
2. Retrieves beverage items and garnishes from storerooms and delivers to bar.
3. Sets up bottles on bar with 'top shelf' liquor on back shelf.
4. Ensures beer taps are functioning properly.
5. Places bar snacks on counter; stocks supplies like snacks and napkins.
6. Assists in opening and closing side work.
7. Buses tables in the bar area.
8. Maintains cleanliness of bar or lounge areas; washes tables, walls, refrigerators, floors under equipment; sweeps and mops service areas.
9. Removes rubbish from all receptacles.
10. Prepares and serves beverages as needed to assist bartender.
11. Performs other duties as assigned.
