Job Summary

Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under supervision. Ensures all events are executed accurately. Sets up, serves, cleans, and breaks down event areas, returning leftovers and equipment promptly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assembles and delivers food and supplies.
• Logs food temperatures.
• Arranges tables and decorations.
• Sets buffet tables according to standards.
• Serves food and beverages to guests.
• Ensures cleanliness after events.
• Returns equipment and leftovers.
• Distributes and collects comment cards.
• Maintains catering facilities and equipment.
• Provides friendly, courteous service.
• Maintains knowledge of menu and products.
• Ensures a safe and clean work environment.
• Follows safety and sanitation policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
