As a Food Service Worker, you will assist with food preparation, portioning meals, and serving customers. Under the guidance of your manager, you will learn on the job and build connections with those we serve. We seek team players who are organized, focused, accountable, and bring a positive attitude daily.

Job Responsibilities

1. Lead and assist in food preparation and product dating.
2. Set up and break down stations as designated by the manager.
3. Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and instructions.
4. Ensure accurate portioning during preparation and service.
5. Maintain daily temperature logs.
6. Take samples of food items prior to serving.
7. Report and pull out food items that do not meet quality standards.
8. Complete opening and closing checklists.
9. Greet customers and handle feedback positively.
10. Maintain cleanliness of work stations and equipment.
11. Ensure sanitation of utensils and work areas.
12. Properly dispose of waste.
13. Transport supplies and equipment as needed.
14. Report safety hazards and assist in safety observations.
15. Cross-train in various areas and assist with special events as required.
16. Perform tasks assigned by supervisors to ensure efficient service.
17. Lead team efforts on the line and coordinate sanitation support.
