Job Description

The Catering Services Worker supports the event operations team in running successful catering orders and events within the location. Responsibilities include event set up, transporting equipment, food, or other supplies to the event location, serving guests during the event, and cleaning up afterward.

Job Responsibilities

1. Set up catering and event service according to client requests and banquet event order.
2. Transport and deliver catering food and beverages with all necessary supplies and equipment.
3. Set up chairs, tables, buffet lines, and other event equipment as requested.
4. Replenish food and beverage during events.
5. Maintain cleanliness of food service areas during events.
6. Clean up and return equipment after events.
7. Provide excellent customer service to guests.
8. Follow safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and catering experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Must adhere to dress code.
• Availability for event-based hours.
• Ability to complete Food Handling and Alcohol Service training as required.

This role may involve physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing. Uniforms and PPE may be required.
