Position Title: Catering Attendant - Jacob K. Javits Convention Center

Pay Range: $25 - $27.21 per hour

Job Summary: Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under supervision. Sets up and cleans event areas, may drive a catering truck, and returns leftover food and equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assembles and delivers food and supplies to locations.
2. Logs food temperatures.
3. Prepares tables and decorations.
4. Serves food and beverages to guests.
5. Cleans and resets the location after events.
6. Returns equipment and leftover food to the catering facility.
7. Maintains cleanliness and safety standards.
8. Provides courteous service to guests.

Qualifications: Must have or obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit if required by law.
