Restaurant Associates

• We have an opening for a full time CATERING ATTENDANT position.
• Location: Capital Group - 399 Park Avenue 35th Floor, New York, NY 10022 Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Catering attendant or food service experience.
• Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under supervision. May drive a catering delivery truck. Sets up and serves at functions; cleans and returns leftover food and equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assembles and delivers food and supplies.
• Logs food temperatures.
• Arranges tables, decorations, and buffet items.
• Serves food and beverages to guests.
• Cleans location after events.
• Returns food, equipment, and utensils.
• Distributes and collects comment cards.
• Maintains catering facility and equipment.
• Provides courteous service.
• Maintains menu knowledge.
• Follows safety and sanitation policies.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license may be required.
• Must obtain food handler's and/or alcohol server's permits if required by law.
