Gourmet - Catering Attendant Positions

• We are hiring immediately for full and part-time CATERING ATTENDANT positions.
• Location: Rowan University - 201 Mullica Hill Rd, Glassboro, NJ 08028. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Nights and weekends required. Schedule may vary based on operational needs. More details available upon interview.
• Requirement: Prior catering or restaurant experience preferred.

Job Summary

Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under supervision. May drive a catering delivery truck. Sets up and cleans event areas, and returns leftover food and equipment.

Essential Duties

1. Assembles and delivers food and supplies.
2. Logs food temperatures.
3. Arranges tables, decorations, and buffet setups.
4. Serves food and beverages, cleans after events.
5. Returns equipment to the catering facility.
6. Maintains cleanliness and safety standards.
7. Provides courteous service and maintains menu knowledge.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license may be required.
• Must obtain a food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit if required by law.
