Job summary

Canteen is hiring for a Catering Attendant at Corteva Ceres Cafe in Johnston, IA. The role covers full-time and part-time shifts from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with opportunity to participate in catering events and deliveries.

Experience in catering setup, decor, kitchen, serving, and bartending is preferred. Pay ranges from $17 to $19 per hour, with benefits including PTO, holiday pay, and free parking. Applications accepted online only.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license may be required.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler's permit.
• Possession of an alcohol servers' permit where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Assembles and delivers all food and supplies for catered functions to scheduled locations.
• Logs and maintains food temperatures.
• Arranges tables and decorations.
• Sets up buffet tables with food, beverages and service items.
• Serves food and beverages to guests.
• Cleans location after event is completed.
• Returns food, equipment and utensils to the catering facility.
