Job Summary

This is a seasonal, event-based role from April to September. Responsibilities include delivering and serving food at scheduled events under supervision, setting up and cleaning event areas, and possibly driving a catering delivery truck. Must return leftover food and equipment promptly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assemble and deliver food and supplies for catered events.
2. Log and maintain food temperatures.
3. Arrange tables and decorations.
4. Set up buffet tables with food, beverages, and service items.
5. Serve food and beverages to guests.
6. Clean the location after events.
7. Return food, beverages, and equipment to the catering facility.
8. Distribute and collect customer comment cards.
9. Maintain catering facilities and equipment.
10. Provide friendly, courteous service.
11. Maintain knowledge of menu and products.
12. Ensure a clean and safe work environment.
13. Follow safety and sanitation policies.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license may be required.
• Must obtain a food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit if required by law.
