Job summary

SodexoMagic is hiring a Catering Attendant. You are a warm-welcomer and experience ambassador, focusing on customer service to bring smiles and meaningful impact. This is a non-tipped service position with varied shifts across dining environments.

Responsibilities include serving food and beverages, presenting menus, and coordinating orders with the kitchen. Candidates should be team-oriented and reliable, with 0–1 year of related experience encouraged.

Qualifications

• 0 – 1 year of related experience.
• Previous experience in fine dining, catering, or banquet serving may be required at certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to patrons at counters and tables in coffee shops, lunchrooms, and other dining establishments.
• Present menus to customers, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service.
• Relaying orders to kitchen and serving food and beverages from kitchen and service bars.
• Attend work and show up on time for scheduled shifts with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities.

Pay Range: $17.75 per hour - $19 per hour

What You’ll Do:

As a Catering Attendant at SodexoMagic, you are warm-welcomers and experience ambassadors. Your dedication to customer service brings a smile and makes a meaningful impact on others. This is a non-tipped service position.

Responsibilities include:

• Serve food and beverages to patrons at counters and tables in coffee shops, lunchrooms, and other dining establishments.
• Present menus to customers, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food and service.
• Duties include: memorizing or writing order on check, relaying order to kitchen and serving food and beverages from kitchen and service bars.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
