Banquet Server Job Summary:

Performing food and beverage serving duties at special events while interacting with guests in a positive, friendly, and efficient manner.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

1. Set up for events by putting out tablecloths and place settings, arranging table placement, and setting up a buffet.
2. Carrying plates of food on trays and serving guests.
3. Keep glasses filled; remove each round of plates and replenish utensils.
4. Perform cleaning tasks and breakdown of service.
5. Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness.
6. Adhere to grooming and appearance standards.
