The role you’ll contribute:

Responsible for patient food service on assigned units, including menu selections. Collects and processes diet order information from patients into the computerized system for menu preparation and special requests. Performs tray assembly, delivery, and pickup of trays between meals.

• Takes patients' menu selections prior to each meal.
• Ensures compliance with dietary restrictions on special or modified diets to meet food preferences within diet guidelines.
• Offers menu alternatives based on allergies, sensitivities, cultural, ethnic, and religious preferences when needed.
• Assembles trays according to patient menus and tray tickets accurately and timely.
