• Staff consists of all Registered Respiratory Therapists, 65% BSN or above RN’s. Current staff certifications include CCRN, PCCN, CNML, WCNC, NEA-BC, RN-BC

The role you’ll contribute:

Responsible for patient food service on assigned units, including menu selections. Collects and processes diet order information from patients into the computerized system for menu preparation and special requests. Performs tray assembly, tray delivery, and tray pickups between meals.

• Takes patients' menu selections prior to each meal.
• Ensures compliance with dietary restrictions on special, modified diets to meet food preferences within diet guidelines.
• Offers menu alternatives based on allergies, sensitivities, and cultural or religious preferences.
• Assembles trays according to patient menus on tray tickets accurately and promptly.
