• Hours vary with daily bookings; peak season Apr–Dec; off-peak Jan-Feb.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and courteous to clients and teammates.
• Meet deadlines consistently.
• Transport all food and supplies for catered events using a vehicle.
• Complete food drops, set up lunch deliveries, full-service events, and weekend events.
• Set up tables, action stations and decorations.
• Maintain buffet tables with food and beverages according to standards.
• Serve food and beverages during full-service events.
• Build trust; ensure guests receive friendly, exceptional service.
• Clean location after event; stock and maintain facility.
• Maintain knowledge of complete menu and products.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
