Job summary

A senior living community in Sauk Rapids is seeking a Catering Assistant responsible for managing meal orders, serving food, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Previous experience in food preparation and serving preferred.
• Ability to work as a team member and resolve problem situations constructively.
• Experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive tenants’ meal orders and submit them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages during scheduled mealtimes.
• Transport meals from the main kitchen to campus dining rooms.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen and dining areas.
• Wash and store dishes, utensils, and cooking/serving equipment.
• Prepare and package home-delivered meals for community clients.
• Update and maintain menu boards for tenants.
