Role Overview:
As Catering and Events Manager, you are responsible for negotiating business through proposals and contracts to close deals. You will creatively design menus and events to maximize revenue and enhance the event experience. Maintaining relationships with corporate and social accounts, you will coordinate with sales, hotel departments, and customers to ensure high-level service throughout all phases of events. Your role involves seamless turnover from sales to service and back, upselling opportunities, and serving as the primary contact for event planners.
