Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Two years of marketing, category management, or store leadership experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and financial acumen.
• Knowledge of category planning and Nielsen tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Category Manager to execute category business plans.
• Manage promotional offers aligned with P&L.
• Build relationships with vendors for timely contract submissions.
• Oversee seasonal/promotional inventory for stores.
• Support item life cycle management through launches and exits.
• Maintain Not on File process as directed.
• Support ad proofing with cross-functional teams.
• Research and resolve store pricing issues related to promos.
