Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years Sales/Marketing with at least 2 years in Category Management in a CPG company.
• Familiarity with Category Management process and syndicated data (IRI, Nielsen, Spectra).
• Experience with space management software (Apollo, JDA ProSpace).
• Knowledge of customer POS data systems (dunnhumby, Retail Link).
• Strong analytical skills; ability to translate insights into action.
• Excellent verbal and written presentation skills; communicate insights clearly.
• Ability to work quickly to meet deadlines and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead category management and shopper insights initiatives for key strategic customers.
• Translate industry, consumer and category trends into actionable business recommendations.
• Provide analysis and shopper insights; lead category reviews, assortment & space optimization, promotion & pricing effectiveness.
• Leverage analytics to identify customer opportunities.
• Develop partnerships with strategic customers to position McCormick as a flavor category leader.
