Job summary

Lindt is looking for a Category Analyst Summer Intern to join the Mason, Ohio team for a twelve-week program focused on Kroger business. You will apply retail, shopper, and category data to identify opportunities in assortment, merchandising, shelf execution, and store segmentation.

Work with cross‑functional teams, develop clear, actionable recommendations, and present findings to Lindt’s customer team. The program pairs you with a mentor and includes workshops, networking events, and onsite

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, marketing, consumer insights, retail or related disciplines preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; data handling and presentations preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze retail, syndicated, shopper and other data to identify trends, opportunities and drivers.
• Support planogram and merchandising analyses across stores and customer formats.
• Assist with store clustering and shopper segmentation to identify opportunities.
• Develop actionable recommendations to support category growth and customer objectives.
• Create concise business stories and presentations combining data and insights.
• Collaborate with Category Management, Sales, Shopper Insights and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain category data, analytical workspaces, planogram files and shared resources.
• Own project deliverables and present findings to the Category Management team.
