Job summary

Mondeléz International in the United States is seeking an Assistant Manager, Category Management for Amazon & AFH to leverage consumer and market data to develop insights and drive strategic marketing initiatives for the U.S. Foodservice and key retail customers.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to create data-driven presentations and plans that fuel growth for brands like Oreo, Chips Ahoy!, Sour Patch Kids, and belVita, with a focus on AFH and Amazon channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in category management, insights, marketing strategy, or analytics (CPG/FMCG, Amazon or AFH preferred).
• Experience with syndicated data sources (Technomic, Circana, Nielsen, Data Essential).
• Ability to translate retailer data and shopper insights into actionable retail plans.

Responsibilities

• Pull and analyze data from platforms such as Technomic, Circana, Nielsen to support AFH and Amazon initiatives.
• Develop consumer selling stories using segmentation as data foundation.
• Create customer-facing presentations for national and regional accounts.
• Collaborate across marketing, sales, and growth channels to drive category growth.
• Identify growth opportunities in AFH and retail environments.
