Job summary

MGM Resorts International seeks an Associate Category Management to support category strategies through data analysis, supplier coordination, and process management in Las Vegas, NV. You will help maintain data accuracy, track performance, and prepare reporting for internal stakeholders.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1+ years in supply chain, procurement, merchandising, or operations, with strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, merchandising, or operations.
• Strong data management and administrative support experience.
• Excellent analytical and Excel skills; able to work with large datasets.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing category strategies and sourcing initiatives.
• Support supplier onboarding, data collection, and contract administration.
• Manage category-related documentation and ensure accuracy of item and supplier data.
• Compile, analyze, and interpret category performance metrics (cost savings, KPIs).
• Maintain dashboards and tools to track spend, forecast demand, and supplier compliance.
• Generate reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and leadership.
• Coordinate communications between internal teams and suppliers; support meetings and audits.
