Job summary

Quill, part of the Staples family, seeks an Associate Category Merchant to shape and grow assigned product lines. You will manage the product-line P&L and partner across merchandising, pricing, analytics, marketing, eCommerce, customer relations, and sales to support sales and margin goals.

You'll combine financial analysis, vendor collaboration, assortment planning, and promotional execution to create a strong online shopping experience, while monitoring market trends and communicating insights

Qualifications

• 3+ years in buying-related roles including merchandising or planning.
• Experience with online merchandising strategies.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint for data and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic business plans for assigned product lines.
• Manage product lifecycle including assortment and pricing.
• Collaborate with merchandising, analytics, and marketing teams.
• Lead pricing and promotional planning to drive sales.
