As the Category Manager for Walmart, you will create and share compelling stories with customers that provide insight into how shopper behaviors are influencing our categories. You will serve as the category expert by delivering insight‑based engaging presentations and highlighting opportunities, establishing solid customer relationships, and scoring and monitoring the effectiveness of the 5Ps to ensure success. Your work will include new product introductions, pricing analyses, seasonal reviews and programs, promotional planning and evaluation, consumer usage analyses, and understanding the impact of assortment changes on category and brand growth. Utilizing category analysis, shopper insights, and other analytic tools, you will apply your expertise to drive solutions for Colgate and our customers.
This is a hybrid role based out of Rogers, AR (Monday‑Thursday in office).
Salary Range $97,000.00 - $137,000.00 USD. Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit‑sharing, and long‑term incentives for Executive‑level roles.

Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays.
