Responsibilities
- Employ a customer-centric approach to providing internal and external stakeholders with excellent category management support.
- Partner with Global Procurement teams, cross-functional teams, and third-party providers to support stakeholders effectively.
- Develop category plans based on spend data, supply market dynamics, and business requirements.
- Develop, measure, and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for categories.
- Research category management best practices and new trends.
- Analyze spend data and external market information to support strategy development.
- Drive value beyond cost, including risk mitigation, operational efficiencies, and innovation.
- Coordinate and implement strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Execute sourcing projects to deliver total value collaboratively.
- Assess supplier capabilities and identify new suppliers.
- Prepare business cases, perform data analysis, and build financial models.
- Analyze RFP responses and recommend actions.
- Manage supplier performance and establish governance processes.
- Review suppliers against contracted obligations and manage operational risks.
- Ensure compliance with global agreements and policies.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications- 4+ years in sourcing, contract negotiation, supplier management, outsourcing, or project management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Deep knowledge of category management and source-to-pay processes.
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in spend analysis, market intelligence, financial analysis, and stakeholder management.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to present to executive-level audiences.
- Continuous improvement mindset and adaptability to change.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing systems.
