Holiday Oil is seeking a seasoned Category Manager to drive merchandising and sales strategies across assigned categories in a fast-paced retail environment. You will collaborate with vendors and internal teams to identify market trends, forecast demand, and optimize pricing and promotions.

The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a BS/BA in business or marketing. Proficiency with Tecsys and product fulfilment experience are a plus.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as category manager or in a similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of category management, marketing, and sales principles.

• Proficient in MS Office with emphasis on spreadsheets.

Job Purpose

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversees merchandising and sales strategies for assigned categories.

• Collaborates with marketing teams to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities across relevant categories.

• Forecasts for product demand to ensure sustainability of inventory.
• Responsible for budget development and revenue for assigned category/categories.
