Job summary

Arconic is seeking a Category Manager – Outside Processing / Contract Manufacturing to lead strategic sourcing and category management for OSP and warehousing services. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Indirect Procurement and can be based at Pittsburgh HQ or at production plant locations.

You will drive cost savings, implement standardized processes, manage supplier performance, and collaborate across stakeholder groups to optimize service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a listed business/engineering field.
• 5 years of purchasing management experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Category Management: develop and execute sourcing strategies for Outside Processing.
• Contract Management: create SOWs and ensure terms with Legal/Finance.
• Supplier Management: manage supplier portfolios and KPIs.
• Cost Savings Initiatives: identify and implement cost-reduction projects.
• Supplier Development: onboard new suppliers and ensure integration into systems.
