Mortenson is seeking a Category Manager I to develop, implement, and manage sourcing strategies for consumables and indirect materials. The role focuses on cost optimization, quality, and delivery while maintaining supplier relationships and leading the purchasing team.

Responsibilities include negotiating, analyzing spend, and driving operational efficiency across projects, with travel up to 30%. A Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience are required.
