We are seeking a Category Manager at LATICRETE International. This role involves leading sourcing strategies for private-label and contract-manufactured chemical products within the construction industry, both in the USA and internationally.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Managing private-label vendors: Developing sourcing strategies, negotiating contracts, onboarding new vendors, and ensuring compliance.
2. Managing chemical contract manufacturers: Collaborating with R&D, benchmarking, negotiating pricing, and supporting international formulations.
3. General sourcing & supply management: Building supplier relationships, driving cost savings, and supporting cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in sourcing, procurement, or category management in chemical manufacturing preferred.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and analytical skills.

Additional requirements:

• Willingness to travel 25-30%.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, sit, and perform physical tasks.

This position can be remote but requires periodic visits to Bethany, CT.
