We are seeking a Category Manager at LATICRETE International. This role involves leading sourcing strategies for private-label and contract-manufactured chemical products in the USA and internationally within the construction industry. The position requires managing contract manufacturers, negotiating agreements, optimizing costs, and ensuring product quality and supply reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for private-label and contract manufacturing products.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and manage supplier relationships.
• Coordinate with R&D and international teams to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Manage costs and supply chain risks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
