Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid: Tues/Wed in-office)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Collaborate with Category Management to build actionable omnichannel growth strategies in the Dairy aisle.
• Own space planning and planogram execution using software tools like JDA and Shel IQ.
• Turn complex syndicated data (Circana, Nielsen, Numerator) into impactful shopper insights and scorecards.
• Support seasonal category reviews, post-promotion analysis, item tracking, and weekly buyer priorities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years of experience in Category Management, Space Planning, or Retail Analytics.
• CPG experience required (Target account experience strongly preferred).
• Hands-on proficiency with Planogram / Space Planning software (JDA, Blue Yonder, Shel IQ).
• Solid background interpreting syndicated data sources (Circana/IRI, Nielsen, Numerator).
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
