A leading company is seeking a strategic sourcing expert to lead category management strategies. This role involves developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and collaborating with internal stakeholders. Candidates should have a strong background in sourcing and project management. The position offers a hybrid work model with flexibility to work from home.
Leads the development and execution of holistic, enterprise-wide category management strategies, including strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, diversity, and risk management initiatives. Develops, executes, and manages sourcing strategies using the Company's sourcing methodology.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain, business, finance, mathematics, or other quantitative discipline.
Minimum five (5) years work experience in sourcing, financial analysis, or related field. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirement.
Excellent knowledge of project management, current technology tools/advances, and database/analytical tools. Good interpersonal skills. Strong written and oral communication skills.
Category Management Experience
This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the salary information represents the job level minimum and maximum. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Employees may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonuses. The Company offers health, vision, dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
U.S. Pay Range: $6,511.62/month - $10,267.18/month.
The position will be hybrid in Collierville, TN, Plano, TX, or Pittsburgh, PA. Candidates must live within a reasonable commute. Employees must be onsite as directed by leadership but have flexibility to work from home otherwise.
